Do ChatGPT and Google's AI mention your business?

When a traveller or customer asks an AI "where should I stay / eat / book in ...", the answer names a few businesses. This audit checks whether yours is one of them, why or why not, and what to change on your site.

What you get

• 10 real questions your customers would ask, run in ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews and Claude. For each: is your business named, is your own site cited, and what the answer says. Screenshots included.
• AI crawler access check: your robots.txt, and the actual server response to GPTBot, OAI-SearchBot, ClaudeBot, PerplexityBot, Googlebot and others. Some sites block AI crawlers at the server without knowing it.
• Readability check of up to 3 pages: structured data (JSON-LD), language versions (hreflang), whether key facts (location, prices, hours) are stated in text a machine can read.
• A fix list ordered by impact, with ready-to-paste snippets where possible, and how to re-measure.
• Report in English or Japanese, as a PDF or web page, sent by email.

What it is not

• No ranking guarantee. AI answers change between runs; the audit shows where you stand on the day and what is in your control.
• No changes to your site. You or your web person apply the fixes. Implementation can be quoted separately.

納品内容

• お客様が実際にしそうな質問10個を、ChatGPT・Perplexity・GoogleのAI概要・Claudeで実行。各回答で「お店の名前が出るか」「公式サイトが出典になっているか」「何と書かれているか」を記録（スクリーンショット付き）。
• AIクローラーのアクセス確認：robots.txtと、GPTBot・OAI-SearchBot・ClaudeBot・PerplexityBot・Googlebot等に対するサーバーの実際の応答。気づかないうちにサーバー側でAIを拒否しているサイトがあります。
• 最大3ページの読み取りやすさ確認：構造化データ(JSON-LD)、多言語設定(hreflang)、所在地・料金・営業時間などがAIに読める形で書かれているか。
• 効果の大きい順の改善リスト（可能なものは貼り付けるだけのコード付き）と、改善後の再測定方法。
• 日本語または英語のレポート（PDFまたはWebページ）をメールでお送りします。
